Behaviors
Healed myself from anxiety attacks drug free
Quit smoking cigarettes (11 years strong!)
Graduated magna cum laude after returning to school as an adult
99% stopped drinking (just prefer to be sober)
Committed to my own business full time despite major risk
Overcame fear and drove across the country twice by myself!
Set boundaries with people that weren’t uplifting + supportive of my path
Commitment to spending time in nature every day
Stopped settling for emotionally unavailable men after getting to the root of why I was
Went completely plant based + eat super clean
Switched to clean beauty and household products: 10 years
Became my own health advocate when my conventional doctor told me things I knew weren’t true.
Mindset
The more I show up for myself- the more I can show up for everyone else
Surrendered to the path that’s meant for me
Developed the ability to hear my intuition
Listen to myself- not the news
Not letting other people steer my ship
Fully trusting that I’m on the right path
Spending every morning with my breath and my coffee and without my phone
Journaling daily
Taking my own medicine- the inner work
