Daily Practice: Boundaries
The purpose of this practice is to get clear on what boundaries need to be set, why it's so essential to set them and how to implement without guilt. (Hint: the no guilt response is like a muscle that needs to be strengthened over time- it will get easier).
This practice contains a clear 3 step process that helps you get clear and create an inner knowing of why your boundaries matter.
It also includes examples of boundaries I've set with people, myself, and information. With all of the information coming at us we simply must have boundaries around what we consume.
