Travel + Leisure

As a single parent, I know that self-care can often be on the back burner. Which is why I began cultivating wellness rituals when my daughter Gabrielle was very young. Part of that ritual entailed taking regular local road trips to get a change of scenery and refresh our mindsets.

Now that she is 20 years old and super independent- I have spent a lot of time seeking my calm + clarity through longer, solo road trips. The connections I have made and the personal growth I’ve attained have been nothing short of profound. And the food… I am plant-based and have enjoyed such incredible food along the way! Maybe my favorite part of traveling?

I want to share my experiences to inspire people to tap into their joy and uplift those around them. I hope you enjoy the video below!
